“The Hanover Schools Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501c3 established solely to benefit the students and staff of the Hanover Schools of USD #223. The foundation is independent of the school and/or district, but works closely with the school and other school organizations to determine how the private funds will be utilized for continued growth in both academics and athletics. The Hanover Schools Foundation wants to provide every child the opportunity to achieve his/her fullest potential in both academics and athletics for future success. The goal of the foundation is to ensure that we always have funds readily available to help our children have the best educational and athletic experience possible.

“The Hanover Community Fund is an unrestricted community grant fund that supports the Hanover, KS community. The Fund was created by the generosity of individuals who have contributed money for the charitable use to address the present and future needs of Hanover, KS. From this endowed fund, the advisory committee annually determines and designates the amount of available funding in the form of community grants. The Foundation’s Hanover Community Fund accepts applications once a year. Specific dates will be announced annually through a press release in the local newspapers and on our website. Applications received outside of the grant cycle are not accepted. All non-profit organizations are encouraged to apply as well as groups and individuals working on a charitable community project. For-profit organizations will not be considered unless the request is for a charitable project. Grants will be limited to projects within Hanover, KS. All applicants will need to fill out a grant application form through our online grant system.
